General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTS)
1. Preamble
The present conditions govern the transportation services provided by TPMR Maroc SARL, a licensed transport provider registered in the Trade Register of Agadir under No. 64001, holding Transport License No. 2893/TOUR/2025.
By booking a transfer or tour, the customer (passenger) accepts these terms in their entirety.
2. Nature of Services
TPMR Maroc SARL provides tourist transportation services, including but not limited to:
- Airport transfers.
- Private chauffeur services.
- Inter-city transfers.
- Organized tourist excursions.
3. Pricing and Secure Payment
- Currency: All rates are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include VAT and highway tolls (unless specified otherwise).
- Payment via Visa/MasterCard: Payments are processed through the secure CMI platform. The booking is only confirmed once the payment is successfully authorized.
- Included in Price: Driver service, fuel, and passenger insurance.
- Not Included: Tips, entrance fees to monuments, or meals (unless explicitly stated in the tour description).
4. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Upon successful payment via Visa or MasterCard, the customer will receive a Booking Voucher via email. This voucher must be presented to the driver (digitally or printed) at the start of the service.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Since these are leisure/transport services with fixed dates, the right of withdrawal under Law 31-08 is adapted as follows:
- Cancellation > 14 days before: Full refund (minus any bank processing fees).
- Cancellation 14-7 days before: 50% refund.
- Cancellation < 48 hours (or No-Show): No refund will be issued.
- Refund Process: All refunds for payments made by credit card will be re-credited directly to the Visa/MasterCard used for the original transaction.
6. Passenger Responsibilities and Safety
- Punctuality: For airport pickups, the driver will wait for a maximum of [60] minutes after the flight lands after which a surcharge may be levied. For other transfers, the wait time is [15] minutes.
- Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse transport to any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a threat to the driver or the vehicle.
- Luggage: The customer is responsible for ensuring their luggage fits within the vehicle capacity selected during booking.
7. Liability
- Delays: TPMR Maroc SARL cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic accidents, extreme weather, or police roadblocks).
- Insurance: All passengers are covered by our professional civil liability insurance as required by Moroccan law for tourist transport.
8. Data Protection (Loi 09-08)
Your personal data (name, phone, flight details) are processed solely for the execution of the transport service. This processing is declared to the CNDP.
9. Governing Law
These terms are subject to Moroccan Law. Any dispute regarding a transport service provided in Morocco shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of Agadir.
